Kim Kardashian’s Fitness Trainer Senada Greca In Blue Bikini Claps Back At Criticism Saying She Looks Like A Man

The popular fitness trainer took to Instagram to share a seven-second clip that featured a rear view of her walking barefoot into a pool, brushing her long hair back behind her as if she’s about to tie it up in her signature bun. The comment “You look like a man” appears on the screen, but is quickly replaced by the words “Me looking like a man.”

In the caption, Senada wrote, “There was a time I was so scared of lifting weights too… so happy I didn’t listen to my fears. I’m stronger physically and mentally for it.” Fans were quick to shower the post with love and support.

“Let the haters hate!!!!!” Kim French exclaimed. “YESSSS QUEEN!! Tell them haters,” Hanna Oberg agreed. “Looking like a strong, beautiful woman,” Valentina Lequez added. “I was in that same pool,” Jenny Mollen Biggs joked. “Daaamn. I want to look like that kind of man, too!” Lindsey Rahn added.

“Everyone has different body preferences and that’s ok. We are not all suppose to like the same things. That’s what makes life so great and interesting. But when someone voices a negative comment like ‘you look like a man,’ that’s 100% them not liking some part of themselves,” one fan commented. “What triggers us from another person is a direct mirror to oneself. That’s when we need to ask ourselves why we feel this way and work on that part of yourself. I rather a person be more truthful and say ‘I don’t know why but you being muscular and in shape makes me feel uncomfortable.’”

“That’s pure honesty. They are admitting their insecurity and that I can be worked on because we all have them! That’s when they deserve a hug for being honest and vulnerable and the reaction to that is where the truth growth and maturity is!” they continued. “I pray for humanity to go within hand seek their true self instead of protecting negative emotions towards another Be proud! Be powerful Stand in your essence. You’re are an amazing soul sister.”

“I don’t get it, why some people are saying that you look like a man?!?!” another follower asked. “Because of her muscles, I guess,” another fan replied. “In my opinion I’d say they’re insecure, why else would they hate on someone who’s in great shape,” another follower chimed in. “I think she means people often say if a woman lifts heavy weights, she will look like a man so she is showing that it’s totally untrue,” another fan offered.

Fans actually had a variety of reasons as to why Senada receives that comment so frequently. “Probably because they are too lazy to do a fraction of the workouts she does,” another follower chimed in. “Because people are incredibly stupid and think women are objects that look a certain way instead of being human beings with actual muscle tissue. It’s a distorted view of reality,” another fan commented.

“Honestly, it’s just misogyny. This is for boys! No, muscles are for girls, too and this is what human bodies look like. We are the same species,” another fan commented. “You are strong and beautiful…… soul light as a feather. and….. about people’s opinions…… I guess they don’t affect you. I’m older but I see you and I’m encouraged to train hard always. grateful for your example and lightness,” another follower wrote.
